Why Less Really Is More!
I have a difficult question to ask you: are your marketing efforts achieving the results you need?
Or perhaps you’re barely doing any marketing at all because it’s all too overwhelming? Sound familiar?
Then I have a revelation for you, less is more and it’s probably time to downsize your marketing (or rethink how much marketing you think you need)…
Your ideal client is out there, and they really need your help! Sometimes, your marketing is even reaching them, but when it does, are you asking for the sale?
It doesn’t matter how many social media followers you have if no one’s buying.
Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with nurturing a potential client relationship with marketing but at some point (and ideally sooner rather than later) you have to ask for the sale… and make it!
Most people try and grow their business by constantly doing more marketing: more blog posts, more email newsletters, more social media, more free and/or low cost informational products, and so on.
In fact, to grow your business you may very well have to do less, but go deeper.
Pick one or two marketing strategies and commit to them. Cut out any extra noise. Want to direct traffic to your free webinar training that then asks people to book a free session? Great! But maybe you don’t need to create and promote a podcast at the same time.
If you’re too busy being focused on being everywhere, you’re going to fly right by current prospects who are ready to buy–if only you asked! (Not to mention less time to focus on current clients!)
Your ideal, highly qualified prospects want a solution now, not another free or low cost download that introduces them to you, but doesn’t solve their problem.
Save time and focus your marketing on driving traffic to your #1 offer (hint: that would be your high-end offer) using the shortest route possible.
In our Rapid Client Enrollment program, our recommended Sales Funnel is quite simple.
We teach you how to get people to say “yes” to your free session where you inspire them to want to work with you and then authentically ask for the sale to your high-end transformational offer. So all of your marketing strategies are focused on directing people to say “yes” to your free session because that’s where you make the sale.
While budget and experience is vital to how you ultimately choose your marketing strategy, you also want to make sure that you are choosing strategies that feel fun to you. If you enjoy speaking, then make public speaking a big part of your strategy. If you enjoy Instagram and photography, then make Instagram a big part of your strategy.
Now, go spend that freed up time and serve your best clients and create real, transformational results.
Finally, a Holistic and Mindful Approach to Grow Your Business That Really Works (Even if You Hate Sales & Marketing).
